Most IT issues can be resolved remotely. ‘Remote support’ involves a client calling our team with their IT issue and one of our engineers logging into their system directly to diagnose and rectify the problem. We are able to do this via the ‘remote login’ feature on our website. Clients are issued with a unique code to enter the remote support session which allows us to access their PC and allows any issues to be dealt with immediately. Alternatively, clients can log issues via the support email and an engineer will call back promptly to complete the same process.
